ESCI draws on the work of Boyatzis and Goleman, and research at Hay Group, to describe 12 competencies that differentiate outstanding performance from average. The powerful feedback from ESCI raises awareness of strengths and areas for improvement which can be used in coaching and development, in order to strengthen both leader and team performance.
How does it work?
Participants select those they'd like to receive feedback from and both they and their nominees complete surveys online. The feedback is then analysed and a report produced, which can include a team composite report to show the group's profile alongside the competencies.
