LCP’s caption competition – win Amazon vouchers
Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes…

UPDATE 11/10/10: Competition now closed. Thanks to everyone who entered – we loved all the entries, but our favourite was Adrian Egglestone’s – congratulations Adrian, your £5 in Amazon vouchers are on the way! You can view Adrian’s caption and the other entries below. Don’t forget to sign up to the monthly LCP newsletter to hear about our next competition.

The theme of this month’s newsletter is the psychology of change and LCP’s Claire Walsh explains how psychological models prove very useful tools to help managers understand individuals’ responses to change and how to help them to deal with the change process (if you’d like a copy it’s not too late – just sign up to LCP’s newsletter).

In line with this, the theme of the first of our monthly caption competitions is ‘change’. Just leave a comment below with your best attempt and we’ll judge the competion on the 11th of October 2010 – just check the blog or follow LCP on Twitter to hear who won. The winner will receive £5 of Amazon vouchers – good luck!
