Claire Walsh – LCP Managing Partner

IMG_0721Consultant and Managing Partner Claire has over 20 years experience in leadership development, learning and management consultancy. She managed the learning and development function for the financial operations and processing services divisions of a global financial services organisation before moving into consultancy in 1994.

She has worked with a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, particularly in the areas of leadership development, performance management and consultancy.

Clients she has worked with range from small businesses through to large multinationals across a range of business sectors and she has often worked with professional service firms and higher education institutions, helping them to develop their leadership capability.

Claire has also worked with a number of in-house human resources and training teams helping them clarify their strategy and  enhance their skill set and is particularly valued for her ability to design high quality, meaningful learning materials.

As a facilitator, she encourages ownership of learning by providing an environment which stimulates independent thinking and gains commitment to action which will support both business and personal objectives.

She has an MSc and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She is also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. She is Level A and B qualified in occupational testing.

Claire is also an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner and works with individuals from therapy rooms in Hove.
