What is the review?
It is a two hour face to face meeting at your premises which is followed up with a detailed report covering the following areas:

- Empowering your people
The purpose of the review is to provide you with a ‘snapshot’ of where you are in terms of managing and developing your people against where you want to be or will need to be in the future. The report will provide you with the information you need to help you to prioritise areas that require attention in the short, medium and long term so you can maximise the potential in your workforce.
How much will it cost?
For companies with less than 250 employees the total cost for the face to face meeting and report will be £300 plus VAT and travel expenses.
