What is the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)?
The Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is a simple tool which looks at the style an individual takes when working in conflict situations, measuring an individual’s behaviour in terms of competitiveness and co-operation (MBTI®) can also help resolve issues of conflict within a team). It promotes self-awareness in allowing people to identify their ‘natural’ reaction and looking at how different styles can be used to deal with different types of conflict.
