At LCP we pride ourselves on the work we do and our clients. Here are just a few of the comments and feedback from some of our clients.

‘We have worked with Claire, who designed and delivered a bespoke Leadership Development Course for our Leadership team. The course was well received, and has proved a useful catalyst for further development.

Feedback has been great, with all participants finding the content useful and really liking Claire’s interactive style. We have been able to incorporate much of the material into our daily activities and now have a great springboard for our Leadership Competency Framework.’

– James Smith, Head of Talent, Oban Multilingual (Leadership Training)

‘Claire has designed and delivered tailored management development courses for our accountants that have been focused on relevant topics. All the attendees have found the content useful and practical and really liked her style of delivery’.

-Gill Whensley, HR Director, Spofforths (Leadership Training)

‘I have worked with LCP on the design and delivery of two programmes for the University of Portsmouth Library staff. The first of these was to support front line staff in the delivery of our client service standards and the second was for the Leadership Team enabling them to support the delivery of these standards and to enhance the coaching capacity of the Leadership Team. In both instances Claire demonstrated a strong understanding of our requirements and the context in which we were operating. Both programmes were stimulating and challenging with positive feedback received and more importantly I have seen evidence of the techniques being implemented by those who attended which is an excellent indication that they were highly appropriate to our needs.’

–Ken Dick, Associate University Librarian – Academic Liaison and User Services (Leadership Training)

‘The University of Portsmouth have been working with LCP over the last 18 months in designing, delivering and evaluating a Leader and Manager as Coach Programme. The programme is 3 half day workshops run over a 3 month period, with a mixed audience of academic and professional services staff, all of whom have leadership and/or management responsibilities.

All 3 presenters, Claire Walsh, Michelle Hay and Debbie Woudman have brought their own personal experiences and styles to their deliveries and this has been extremely well received by delegates. Positive comments received focused on the professionalism, interactivity, energy, commitment and style of the presenters.

Delegate feedback:
‘I think this course is the most useful people management tool/approach that I have ever had training provided by the University.’
‘I enjoyed attending the course, learnt a lot, and have put into practice with my team, a number of whom have substantially raised their game and 2 have gained promotion within the University. Thank you.’
‘I have looked at how I establish my staff ability and what their strong and weak points are before setting tasks and objectives.’

The close working relationship between LCP and the L&D team has worked extremely well in developing a bespoke programme which is fit for purpose.
We have continued to develop and evolve the programme, taking into account the feedback received and LCP have been very willing to take on changes.

Claire has been and continues to be clearly dedicated to enhancing her understanding of Higher Education, the University, how it works and the various cultures involved.
