‘The University of Portsmouth have been working with LCP over the last 18 months in designing, delivering and evaluating a Leader and Manager as Coach Programme. The programme is 3 half day workshops run over a 3 month period, with a mixed audience of academic and professional services staff, all of whom have leadership and/or management responsibilities.

The close working relationship between LCP and the L&D team has worked extremely well in developing a bespoke programme which is fit for purpose.
